Justin Faulkner is a sophomore studying computing from Vancouver Island, B.C.
Currently the student programmer for the LRC, Justin works with Eric and Hajime with improving the center's electronic resources.
He enjoys playing ping pong and Frisbee, web design and programming, languages, music, emerging technologies, and Houston-area restaurants. |

Grace Ng is a sophomore from Hong Kong. She is majoring in Mathematical Economic Analysis and Filmmaking. As Assistant of the Faculty Development Lab, Grace hopes to make life easier for the faculty and students at the LRC.
Europe is Grace’s favorite part of the world. Her interests include making films and documentaries, traveling, eating, thinking, being informed and exploring different cultures. |

Brittanie Jenkins cannot possibly claim a hometown. Her favorite places out of those where she has lived and visited so far have been Hawaii and the Washington, D.C. area. She prefers the social aspects of her Linguistics major over the theoretical ones.
Brittanie enjoys, above all, spending time with her best friend. Besides that she likes being around other good people, making beautiful things, enjoying life and rejoicing in her youth. |

Tiffany Yeh is a junior studying the art of traveling and surviving a Rice education in cognitive sciences. She works with faculty and staff on website design at the Development Lab and loves sitting downstairs, listening to all the languages.
Outside of the LRC, Tiffany likes photography, culture, Spanish, and global health. And of course, working with Hajime. |

Becky Leven is a sophmore majoring in French studies and attempting to learn spanish too. She loves language, literate, cultural studies, and web development. Becky hopes she can combine these loves to help faculty develope fun and user friendly websites.

Hajime Kumahata, native of Kofu, Japan,
is LRC's Language Technology Consultant. His primary duty is to assit faculty members in implementing technology into their curriculum. Before coming
to Rice, he taught undergraduate Japanese language
courses at Baylor University for 12 years.
His interests include delivery of multi-media
contents, open source projects, and computer mediated
communications. |
